ReliaDose: To administer Medicine (syrup)

I am sure a number of people are not aware of this invention either.

Did you know they have a customized baby bottle to help you feed syrup medicine to your bubs?

I have one called ReliaDose. It is actually a baby bottle but with a slot for syringe insertion.

LMM baby steps
1) There are 5 components altogether. It's really quite easy.

2) Insert 1 into 2 as how you would assemble any baby bottles top

3) Fill 3 with the required dosage of syrup medication
4) Insert 3 into 4

5) Fill 4 with milk or juice (liquid that your bub fancies)
6) Twist 2 onto 4 to close the bottle

LMM advice
This product is great to monitor the intake of the medication. It also allows for mixing with the bub's fav drink so it hides its actual medicinal taste.

To save money, you can easily mix the medication into the drink. Most of the syrup medicine prescribed to lil' muachi mixes well with her milk. The only issue was if lil' muachi does not finish her milk. We solved that by giving her during her mealtimes. The nice tasting medicine, lil' muachi takes it orally directly from the syringe.

The ReliaDose only worked a few times on lil' muachi before she refused to drink from the bottle. It is still built a bit differently from the usual milk bottles.

If you don't have a fussy baby and would like to really monitor the intake of meds, this is a great product to have.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Apart from the twinkle tumbler (refer to April post), we are also liking the new Tupperware twinkle bowl sets.

They come in two sizes. The smaller Twinkle Easy Grip and the bigger Twinkle Feeding Bowl.

Here comes the unique twist.

Tupperware also provides a spoon that you can leave in the bowl and not worry about it slipping in!

The Twinkle Easy Grip is lil' muachi's current fav. She can easily hold the bowl on her own.

The bigger 430ml bowl is really handy as a bowl cum plate. Think baby food like porridge. It holds it in and cools down a lot faster in the Twinkle feeding bowl.
The best part is it comes with its own lid.

Tupperware also has a set of kid's utensils which is perfect for little hands.

It comes in a red shade which would attract any kid. This fork and spoon combo is ideal for travelling as well as it comes in its own casing.

Go ahead and mix and match the set.

Lil 'muachi is having heaps of fun with them. It encourages her to feed herself. And for me, at least I know it's Tupperware safe.
